What I've Been Doing Instead

With the help of Matt's handy-dandy Gorilla Tripod, I can show you guys what I've been up to for the past couple of days. Buy one of these little guys as well as a big boy version here.

I completed a lot more tags than I usually do. The creative juices flowed much easier this time thanks to PageMaps.com. Becky Fleck has shared her layouts with the world as well as pictures of pages submitted by artists using her layouts. She has the layouts available for download in .pdf format so you can print them and keep them with you when the mood to papercraft strikes you. I used the tag layouts and card layouts on all of these samples. (Don't forget to check out the .pdf and .jpg archives.)

When I first recieved my Cricut Machine, I went a little crazy playing with it. After all was said and done, I had a ton of die cuts that I really didn't know what to do with. I pulled the "Way to Go" out of the folder and slapped it onto this chip board tag from Stampin' Up!

I've had this paper for 7 years and Finally found a reason to use it!

Tag and Die Cut "m": Basic Gray

One more tag made from items I have had for FOREVER! The alphabet buttons are from a hundred years ago! (More like 8 or 9)

Die cut "L": Basic Gray

Tag & Die cut letters: Basic Gray

Believe it or not, this is the first square card I've ever made! I really like it and will find excuses to make more.

I'm particularly proud of this tag. I've had the tea pot and tea cup stickers for about 7 years and found the vellum quote a few months ago.

I have a gorilla!!! Well, you know what I mean. I got it for Christmas and I use it constantly... granted in a slightly different way, but now I'll reconsider!

Umm... 1. How is it that you're so creative? 2. If you ever feel the need to unload some of those masterpieces... well, you know my feelings about gettng mail. ;o)
