I just checked out
The Pioneer Woman Cooks from the library - it took about three months to get here because there were already a bajillion holds on it. And yes, it pretty much has the same stuff as what is on her website but I need to have paper with pictures and step by step instructions that I can spill flour on.
All I can think about right now is this (tonight's dinner):

And someday I'll tackle
pot roast:
Maybe some desert:
And then this because
I love me some twice baked potatoes:
and then possibly try my hand at these
