Stuff I Love

Okay, there are a lot of things I love but lately they have revolved around being pregnant, giving birth or parenting a child.  And my Nook.  And Chocolate.  Okay, not chocolate because too much chocolate makes Baby Mange VERY FUSSY.  Learned that one the hard way.  So here are my happy baby things:

Carter's long sleeve bodysuits.  Durable, soft, and the 3 month size still fits my 2 month old perfectly unlike the rest of his 3 month stuff which I boxed up today.  I'm buying them in every size until my kid doesn't need his shirts to snap shut anymore.  And if we have a little girl in the future, she's going to wear her brother's and get some awesome pink ones of her very own.



Aden + Anais Muslin Swaddle Blankets.  Super soft and super cute, at 44"x44", they hold even my giant baby still at night - or at least until he falls asleep and his flailing arms and legs don't scare him and keep him awake.  Could I go to the fabric store and buy yards and yards of muslin?  Yes.  Would I have to hem the edges so they didn't fray?  Yes.  Would they have cute little jungle animals on them?  No.  Winner?  Mom, Dad and Baby Mange.

The Itzbeen.  Thank You Michelle.  People look at us like we're crazy when we carry The Itzbeen with us wherever we go. It tracks all kinds of great stuff: How long it's been since the baby ate, had their diaper changed, how long they've been asleep, etc.  It even has alarms and a flashlight.  Seriously one of the best things we received from anyone.  Ever.
