My friend Margo has a thing she does on her blog called Flashback Fridays. Well, today is going to be Flashback Monday because six years ago today Matt and I were in our car accident. I'm now to the point where I can think about it and look at pictures and not tense up. It seems morbid, but I like to take this time to remember that even after the bad things happen and turn our lives upside down, God can create good things from it. No one and no thing is without redemption. I'm grateful for my life with my friends and family and of course my husband. I'm grateful that when things get hard I know our family will be there for us regardless of any other circumstances. That when we've lost all of our strength and our ability to pick ourselves up off of the ground we have loved ones who will come around us and hold us and stand with us.
